Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is medical treatment for problems of the joints, muscles, or nerves, which involves doing exercises, Manual therapy or having part of your body massaged or warmed.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is defined as the insertion of the tips of needles into the skin at specific points for the purpose of treating various disorders by stimulating nerve impulses. Acupuncture is used to treat a variety of disorders.

Injection Therapy

We offer both Hyaluronic acid and corticosteroid injections performed by Prof. Ian Horsley by U/S guided technique.

Hip & Knee School

Small group session to for lower limb exercises, A small exercise group taught for a four week period closely monitored by one of our physiotherapist and tailored to each individual. 

Isokinetic Assessments

We are able to perform Isokinetic testing using our Biodex machine to measure and assess muscle strength and functionality.

Taping

We pride ourselves on our efficient procedures and solutions, but we continually strive for improvement in order to deliver results more effectively.

Running Assessments

A personalised assessment of your running style. Checking movement through a series of tests and video. We also discuss any issues you have around your running injuries. helping you return to your running goals.
